Unable to print Custom Form on Microix Cloud

This issue has been resolved in the later version of Microix cloud 2017.1.2 and Workflow Modules 2017.001.3.
Customer will need to open the Form Designer from Client version and save it without making any changes, this will convert Report Designer in XML format to allow Microix Cloud to read it.
