Unable to send email outside network when using Exchange settings in Microix

Issue: Microix is unable to send emails outside the domain, it works internally but not for external domain.

Resolution: Change Auth mode to SSL and set up User id credential to send out email, as Exchange server requires authentication to send email outside network.
