Fingerprints NOT reading

Issue: Users are having problems with their fingerprints NOT reading after they register themselves. They have tried re-registering multiple times and they still are not reading later on. They have tried other fingers and they still have issues.

Resolution:
  1. Use a moist sponge on the finger before enrollment (provides a better reading on dry fingers)
  2. Use one to one match, allow users to enter their badgeID first then scan finger for a match. Current the device will do a one to many matches between the scanned finger and all fingerprints in the clock.
  3. Lower the threshold for matching but only recommend as a last resort due to the error may occur to match with someone else finger.
