Can the time clock device display a custom message for all employees?

Currently we have employees filling out a form every day before starting work due to the current COVID situation. If employees come to clock-in can the timeclock display a message asking if the form has been filled out?  

Option 1: Setup work code option to force employees to answer during punch. However, it will force them to answer on every punch. This may not be practical
