How to access Microix Cloud Companion after migrating to MIP Hosted Environment

If your organization's Microix database is hosted by MIP, you can access the web application through any computer or mobile device with internet access.  The users will need to log into the application using a company email with the registered domain for the organization.  

HOW TO LOGIN:

  1. Navigate to https://microix.mip.com/
  2. Enter Login Information
    1. EmailID – Email address
    2. Password – Existing password used on premise
    3. Database – Select a database if your organization has multiple databases.
  3. Click on Login



HOW TO GRANT/REMOVE USER ACCESS TO WEB COMPANION APPLICATION:

  1. Administrator navigates to Sign In - MIP Cloud Portal (abilaonline.com) login and select Workflow Modules Client Application from the list of available applications
  2. From the ribbon menu of Workflow Modules Client, navigate to Maintenance>User Maintenance
  3. To add a new user, click the green + button and enter the employee information along with selecting the option “WebLic” which grants access to Web Companion Application.
  4. To grant access to existing user account, check the “WebLic” option and verify their email address is accurate (NOTE: public email accounts (gmail.com, outlook.com…) are not supported. The user must have a domain email account.)
