Additional Holiday Rules

Create Holiday Earning Code in MIP with 0.5 rate using Calculation method “Rate Multiplier”
Setup for employees eligible for holiday pay
- Not working on a holiday will give straight time to employee
- Working on a holiday will give double time for the portion of hours worked and straight time for the remaining holiday hours
Setup for employees not eligible for holiday pay but if they work on a holiday then they get double time (2.0 Rate)
Setup for employees eligible for holiday pay
- Not working on a holiday will give straight time to employee
- Working on a holiday will give .5 rate for the portion of hours worked (equivalent to 1.5 rate) and straight time for the remaining holiday hours
Setup for employees not eligible for holiday pay but if they work on a holiday then they get one and a half rate of pay (1.5)
