Unable to ping time clock located on a VLAN

ISSUE: We are unable to ping the timeclock from the MIP server via the command prompt. However, all clocks located on the main network are able to be pinged except for the clocks that are located on a VLAN.

RESOLUTION: Time clocks located at the VLAN site should have the gateway address of the local router and not the gateway of the main network.
