Tracking Leave Hours Associated with COVID-19
How to record leave hours that are associated with the COVID-19 virus outbreak?
NOTE: No changes are required in Abila Fund Accounting and payroll will continue to process as normal. The only purpose of this article is to help organizations track the hours associated with COVID-19 and utilize it for any future requirements.
1. Setup COVID-19 as a Leave type. Navigate to Maintenance>Global Setting>Global Lookup:
2. Ask employees to choose the “COVID-19” as the Type ONLY when the Leave is related to COVID-19
3. Accounting/Supervisors will be able to run a report showing the total leave by employees that are related to COVID-19.
