X Distribution Code - Please specify a formula

Issue - When approving TSH users getting the below errors

Solution - Basically the xcode value is too long to fit the Distribution Code value. So we need to trim Right. Example If dist code field is 15 char and the employee id is 15 we add xEmployeeID which will make it 16.

So we trim Right to take 14 characters from employeeID and add X to make it fit in 15 char dist code.
