Migrate Microix 2009 SQL databases to a new SQL Server and upgrade to WFM 2013
Here are the steps to migrate Microix to the new sql server :-

1. Backup your Microix databases via the SQL Server Management Studio (Follow the same process if you have multiple organization databases. By default, SQL will backup the files to your server c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data folder.) Here is a list of the Microix SQL databases:
MWFMData
MWFMSys
MWFMAttachment

2. Copy the Microix Share Directory from the old server and move it to your new server.

3. Take the old Microix SQL Server databases offline.

4. Restore the Microix databases to the new server with the same attached name as your old SQL Server

5. Try the steps from the following link to install Workflow Modules 2013 http://www.microix.info/helpdesk/KB/View/4379-upgrading-microix-workflow-modules-version-x-to-x

6. Copy and replace Attachment and BackUp Folder from Microix_Share_old to new Microix Share.

6. If you are saving the Microix Attachments to a UNC path, open the Microix Workflow Modules Client application and navigate to Maintenance>Global Options > App Options and change the network path for the Attachment folder to the new Server Name where the Microix Share\Attachment folder is located
