How to enroll fingerprints and install Microix TimeClock Manager (MBIT)

NOTE: Before enrolling employee/user fingerprint utilize the Microix Time Clock Manager software to upload each employee/user to the time clock

Contact our support team to get the setup for the MBIT Application.
Navigate to the Clock Maintenance Screen – Enter the IP Address of the device and select MBIT as Hardware Type.






How to add new Employees (MBIT User Management):

Step 1: Select Time Clock ID from "Enrolled Users" Tab - Go to Add Users Tab and follow the stpes below to Add “Time” users from Workflow Modules 2015.xx.xx




You will notice “Time” users imported from WFM 2015 on MBIT User management form.





On the Time Clock unit:

Step 1: Press and hold down the OK button on the Time Clock unit



Step 2: This will open to a menu screen. Select USER MNG.>MANAGE>OK



Step 3: This screen will display all employees/users. Select the employee/user by using the down arrow, press OK. Select EDIT, press OK.




Step 4: On this screen select ENROLL FP, press OK



Step 5: Once this screen opens place your finger in the square with the green light. You will need to repeat this two additional times. Press ESC>ESC. When asked if you want to save changes press OK. Your fingerprint is now recorded. You can now move on to the next employee/user
