2009 and 2013 WCF service

Customers upgrading some of their handpunch clocks to face/finger/rfid (MBIT) clocks will need to run 2009 and 2013 WCF services. 2009 WCF service will manage the handpunch clocks and 2013 WCF service will manage all other clocks. If no handpunch are installed at the customer’s location then no need to deploy two different services.
