Allow Bank Feed Administrator and Cardholders access to bank feed

We are using bank feeds for 24 credit card accounts. Currently, our clerk must manually change the bank feed settings to import transactions and then restore permissions so the cardholder can complete the AP document.

This process would be much more efficient if the Administrator and Cardholder were assigned separate roles, both with access to the bank feed data.

If there is a workaround available, I would be very interested in learning about it.
