I was wondering if there is any way that when a user receives an email letting them know that their PO has been approved, if we can attach a PDF version of the PO as well.

At this time, we do not plan to add PDF attachments to document approval emails due to security considerations. To maintain a more controlled and secure access pattern, we will continue providing access via the hyperlink included in the email notification.
