This guide walks you through the steps to manually add a user to the system and send them a welcome email, either during the creation process or afterward.

Adding a New User and Sending a Welcome Email

Navigate to
Maintenance.

Click on
User Maintenance.

Select the green
β (plus)
icon to add a new user.

Enter the userβs:
-
First Name
-
Last Name
-
Email Address
-
Enable the
Send a Welcome Email toggle.

Click the
Save icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
π§ Sending a Welcome Email to an Existing User
- Select the
Welcome Email icon at the top of the screen.

Choose the user(s) you want to send the welcome email to:

Select individual users, or
-
Use
Select All if applicable.

Click the
Send icon at the bottom right.
