Paste the code into the verification field on the login page.
🎉 You are now logged in to Workflow Modules (Modern).
If you do not see any navigation menus after logging in, your permissions may not yet be configured.
➡️ Please contact your Microix Administrator or Accounting department to have access assigned based on your role.
Microix strongly recommends enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all user accounts when the application is exposed to the WAN.
MFA enhances security by requiring a secondary verification method, such as a one-time code sent to the user’s:
Email address, or
Mobile phone
Important Notes:
If using the mobile phone option, the user’s phone number must be entered before enabling MFA.
Review Global Setting GSID 463:
“If the login IP matches the last IP, skip the MFA process for the next X hours”
Configure this setting according to your organization’s security policies and risk tolerance.
