This article explains the correct procedure for replying to email messages that originate from the Microix software. Following these steps ensures replies are logged in the document's audit trail and maintain system integrity.
To guide users on how to properly reply to workflow-related or system-generated email messages within the Microix platform, rather than using their standard email client.

Maintains a central record of communication.
Prevents replies from being lost or stored outside the application.
Steps:
Log into your Microix application.
Navigate to the relevant document (e.g., Requisition, Timesheet, Inventory Request).
Open the document linked to the notification email.
Click on the Email button location in the toolbar.
Enter your message and Send your reply.
Your reply will automatically be added to the audit trail.

Visible to all authorized users
Included in the document history
Complies with audit and workflow standards
Do NOT click "Reply" in your email client.
Instead, click Forward.
Select the appropriate recipient from your address book or enter it manually.
Add your response and send the email.

This method is not tracked in Microix.
Only use in special cases.
