Preferred Method: Reply via Microix Application

Steps:

  1. Log into your Microix application.

  2. Navigate to the relevant document (e.g., Requisition, Timesheet, Inventory Request).

  3. Open the document linked to the notification email.

  4. Click on the Email button location in the toolbar.

  5. Enter your message and Send your reply.

  6. Your reply will automatically be added to the audit trail.

Benefits:

  • Visible to all authorized users

  • Included in the document history

  • Complies with audit and workflow standards


Alternative Method: Reply using your email client (outlook, gmail...)

  1. Do NOT click "Reply" in your email client.

  2. Instead, click Forward.

  3. Select the appropriate recipient from your address book or enter it manually.

  4. Add your response and send the email.
