Microix is announcing the end of feature development for the Workflow Modules Client (Windows Application) and Web Companion (Web Forms).

The final supported version for this platform is: Version: 2022.001.3

• This version will continue to receive support and critical issue resolutions through June 2026.
• Extensions may be granted upon request.
• No new features or enhancements will be introduced beyond this version.

Microix has launched Workflow Modules Modern (v2025+), featuring a redesigned user interface, improved security, and enhanced performance. Below are the key changes:

✨ Key Enhancements in Version 2025+

• Modern UI: Fresh, responsive interface designed for better usability and scalability with limited Ai integration.
• Platform Shift: Fully replaces the legacy Desktop Client and Web Companion.
• Deployment: Unified experience across both on-premise and MIP-hosted environments.

• New Modules: 

• Invoice Capture (AI-powered OCR)
• Bank Feed integration
• Travel Reimbursement

• Security Enhancements: 

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via SMS/Email
• Account lockout protection
• Unique domain-based email validation
• Enforced password policies

🗂 Deployment and Upgrade Options

🏢 On-Premise & Hosted Customers

• You will transition exclusively to the Modern UI.
• The legacy Full Desktop and Web Companion interfaces will no longer be accessible.

☁️ MIP Hosted Environment

• Both v2022.001.3 and v2025+ platforms will be available during the transition period.
• Once all hosted clients are upgraded, the legacy platform will be decommissioned.
