How to Re‑Register Your Product to Receive New User Counts or Modules

📘Overview

When you purchase additional user licenses, modules, or add‑on features, you will need to re-register your Microix application if you want the changes to take effect immediately. 

NOTE: Once your purchase is completed and confirmed, the system will typically update your licenses automatically within 24 hours. 

🔄 Manually Re‑Register Your Product

1. Navigate to Maintenance > User Maintenance.

2. Click the Product Register button.

3. Click the Register button to complete the process.

This will refresh your license information and apply any new user counts, modules, or add-on features you have purchased.

🔐 After Adding New Modules or Features

If your purchase included a new module or add-on feature, remember to:

• Go to the User Security page.

• Grant appropriate permissions to users who require access to the newly added module.

Ensuring permissions are updated allows your team to begin using the new features right away.
