🕒 Background

In Microix Classic, the watermark displayed on document reports could be updated by modifying the Approval Level Title. However, watermark behavior has changed in the Modern workflow module.

🔖 Watermark Behavior in Workflow Module – Modern

In Workflow Module – Modern, the watermark cannot be edited, customized, or removed. The system automatically applies watermarks based on the document’s workflow status.

  • While a document is actively moving through the workflow, the watermark “In-Process” is displayed across the printed document.

  • Once the document reaches its final approval state, the watermark automatically changes to “Approved.”

⚙️ Defining the Final Approval Level

The approval level that determines when a document is considered fully approved is controlled by a Global Setting.

  • Global Setting ID (GSID): 52 "Final Level for Display Account Balance Report and Printed Documents"

  • Purpose: Defines the approval level at which the document is treated as finally approved

  • Required Action:

    • Set GSID 52 to the appropriate approval level that represents final approval for your organization.

Once the document reaches the approval level defined in GSID 52, the watermark will change from “In-Process” to “Approved.”
