Time Clock Warning Triangle

Issue

A Time Clock may display a red exclamation point inside a flashing triangle in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Cause

The warning triangle does not indicate a synchronization or operational problem.

The icon appears when the Time Clock detects that it has been detached from the wall. This warning does not affect the clock's functionality or its ability to record punches.

Resolution

To clear the warning triangle:

1. Make sure the Time Clock is securely attached to the wall.
2. Reboot the Time Clock while it remains attached to the wall.
3. Allow the device to restart completely.

After the reboot, the warning icon should no longer appear.
