Microix Modern Sandbox Request
Step 1 – Required Information
Attn: Microix Prospect or Existing Client Please provide the following details to request access to the Modern Sandbox environment. All fields are required. (New MIP + New Microix Prospect — not eligible)

Important Notes:
- The sandbox cannot be connected to or populated with a client’s live MIP data.
- It is intended strictly for exploring the Modern modules and becoming familiar with the interface, not for testing advanced configurations.
- There is no time limit on access; however, the account will be removed if there has been no activity or login for 30 days.
- Microix hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. If you do not receive the Welcome Email, please email sales@microix.net for assistance.
- Microix will notify your Sales Representative once the welcome email granting access to the Microix Sandbox has been sent.
Step 2 – What to Expect Next
The primary user will receive a standard Welcome Email
from donotreply@microix.ai.
If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
The welcome email includes:
- A link to access the Modern play/sandbox environment on Microix’s server (“Get Started”).
- Instructions to reset your password the first time you log in.
- Your company information (ID, name, and company file) so you can confirm you’re in the correct environment.

This email is simply the initial login and setup message for Workflow Modules Modern. It will also include support email in case you need assistance (Modern@microix.net)
