Vendor Punchout Feature

The Vendor Punchout Catalog is an optional add-on feature that enables seamless integration between Microix and supplier web-based catalogs using the cXML standard. It streamlines procurement from browsing to purchase order creation within a controlled workflow.

Process Workflow

1. Initiation
   User launches punchout session from Microix and connects to supplier catalog.
2. Catalog Browsing
   User shops directly on supplier website and adds items to cart.
3. Return to Microix
   Cart is transferred back into Microix.
4. Requisition Generation
   System automatically creates a requisition for approval.
5. Purchase Order Creation
   Approved requisition converts to PO and is sent to supplier.
