🧾 Microix Modern PO – New Add-Ons Trial Period FAQs
❓ Once we upgrade to Modern PO, what new add-ons are included on a trial basis?
- Invoice Capture
- Bank Feed
- Travel Reimbursement
⏳ How long is the trial period? 60 days
🚀 When does the trial begin? The trial begins once the client has access to the Modern software.
🔒 End of Trial Deactivation Policy
If the client elects not to purchase the add-ons (each sold separately) following the trial period, Microix will disable access to the corresponding trial features on the backend once the 60-day trial period concludes.

- No test data is provided during the trial. Only a preview of the Bank Feed feature is available
- Optional Paid Support: 1 hour to assist with testing connectivity and verifying that Microix can successfully retrieve credit card data. Note - We typically recommend 4 hours for a simple setup. However, we’ll begin with a discovery session to assess configuration needs and confirm if additional hours are necessary. See below for additional information related to the Bank Feed Trial Access
If the Bank Feed feature does not work with the client’s specific bank, then no purchase is necessary for the Bank Feed add-on. Clients who do not own Bank Feed can continue using the CSV import option available under Requisition > Import Documents
Microix utilizes PLAID integration for its Bank Feed module. Please note that PLAID does not maintain a public-facing list of compatible banks. Instead, compatibility is determined through an API-driven interface that supports search and selection from over 12,000 financial institutions.To confirm whether your bank is supported, we recommend reaching out directly to your bank to see if they are compatible. Or purchase the optional 1 hour paid support during the trial period.
🧩 Using Trial Features in the Live Database
Yes—clients may use Invoice Capture and Travel Reimbursement in their live database during the trial if setup hours are available or purchased.
- Documents created during the trial remain intact and accessible
- If the client does not purchase the add-ons, access will be disabled, but documents will not be deleted

Clients may purchase add-ons before, during, or after the trial. Please reach out to your MIP |Microix Representative or email sales@microix.net so we can connect you.
