Costs may apply if:
• You have fewer than three Classic databases and need to add or upgrade Web Licenses.
As part of the upgrade:
• Windows (concurrent) licenses are replaced with Web Licenses.
Important:
• The upgrade includes only your current features.
• New features or modules require an additional purchase.
Requisition Module Add‑Ons
• Includes three optional add‑ons (Bank Feed, Reimbursements, Invoice Capture) with a 60‑day trial.
• After the trial, they must be purchased to continue.
• If not purchased, they will be removed.
Clients Requiring Review
Clients requesting 1,000+ Web Licenses and using more than three databases will require a configuration review.
This ensures their renewal and licensing align with their needs, including:
• Database counts
• Projected Web License usage
• Any Modern add‑ons of interest
We will review the setup and prepare a proposal before moving forward. If a client submits an upgrade request, we will evaluate it and send the proposal to you to present.
Information Required
Please provide:
• Organization Name
• NPS Number
• Number of databases in use (or planned) — more than 3
• Number of Web Licenses needed — more than 1,000
• Any add‑on modules/features to be quoted
Web License Notes
• Web Licenses are shared across all databases.
• Total active users across all databases cannot exceed the total number of purchased Web Licenses.
Examples:
• If 1,000 Web Licenses are purchased, total active users across all databases cannot exceed 1,000.
• If a customer has 6 databases and purchases 2,500 Web Licenses, total active users across all six databases combined cannot exceed 2,500.
